Be careful ⚠ Attributing everything to the gut is a slippery slope. I've seen many people chase gut health because they were 100% convinced that other symptoms were rooted in the gut. But there are other important things that can contribute to unwanted symptoms. Stress, sleep quality, exercise (or lack thereof), nutritional adequacy, and toxic exposures, to name a few. Unfortunately, in recent years, everyone is screaming "all disease begins in the gut" so loudly that many of us forget about these other aspects of health. Also, remember that non-specific symptoms like fatigue and brain fog wind up on EVERY symptom list. For example, they can be symptoms of Iron deficiency, B vitamin deficiency, hypothyroidism, "adrenal fatigue," stress, or virtually any inflammatory and/or autoimmune processes. We don't want to mislead people into thinking that everything can be remedied via the gut. I'm passionate about it, but even gut health isn't the whole enchilada.

It's not that easy. Prof. Tim Spector's son reduced 40% of his gut microbiome's variety by eating McDonald's only for 10 days straight. It took 3 years for him to recover, and he is Tim Spector's son! It would be much harder for any of us to recover.

Hello, have you looked at Dr Berg channel? His videos may be of some help.
Hypnosis
These are a bit drawn out for me with no practical advice at the end of it all
Yup, and very preachy rather than actually educational.
Sorry Zoe, once again lots of talk but no real help for people with painful guts and chronic conditions. Still promoting a diet high in fibre, grains and green veg which may mot be healthy for some people in my experience.
YES, Annette
Completely agree Annette. Didn't work for me . I still had gut issues when I was eating healthy lots of veg , fruit, Grains. I was bloated, cramps etc...this all got better for me on a carnivore diet. It really helped to reset my gut and also hormones. It made me also realise that we don't need to eat fibre when you're gut is on its A game.
Just as it was with the original Zoe Covid19 study, they're not interested the real / ideal person / patient (I'm an ex ICU COVID19 patient who was the right type of Covid patient for ZOE. I've been having long term Gastro issues, and ZOE won't be interested.
My digestion was horrible after years of medication for a chronic illness. Everyone is different and I went to a qualified nutritional therapist, who I found through the regulatory body, and after working with her for a few weeks I really saw an improvement. I think general advice can only go so far and if you’re hitting a brick wall with general good practice, it might be time to get some help from someone you have checked out and feel comfortable with. Sometimes we are terrible at asking for help, I was anyway and I wish I had gone sooner. Good luck! X

I am also incredibly tired.
Oh and I ought to add that I am underweight. No I don’t smoke or drink.
I had diverticulitis which was triggered by certain vegetables
i don't like it when doctors come on and hawk their wares; it is cheap and trashy.
They don't sell anything other than the usual Zoe membership. The recipe is free. You have to buy the ingredients yourself and make the muffin yourself.
I find raw psyllium husk helps: I have mild IBS.
Hello beautiful

...you're on the right track Dr. ..for the latest information and more information on the microbiome Dr. Steven Grundry..youTube channel...ww...
Nice info but I’m not going to bake muffins
it shows you're both reading from a script!
I have to say, the jesting around the topic promotes further embarrassment. We need to be serious about poop and respect it! No wonder so many people are struggling with their health.
H|OST TALKS TOOO MUCH
Can you get dr will to do a video on “sibo”?
