This has to be one of the best installs you have done. I love it. I showed it to my wife and she said NO!! Only because she doest want to get rid of the seat. Dang it. But I do love this.
Thank you! I’m glad you liked it! I know they don’t provide the best of instructions so I was trying to be somewhat thorough. Hopefully people find it to be useful. I couldn’t find any videos where the rear plastic was reused instead of installing the cubbies so I wanted to show that also.
Nice installation and thank you for helping me decide on several issues for my own build, after watching your video. I was on the fence about a similar platform or a sliding box with sleeping platform system. The other issue was the size of refrigerator ... that thing is HUGE! I think I will go with a smaller size after seeing yours with respect to the rear space of the Jeep. BTW, nice EDC bag. I have one just like your and I love it so much. The darn thing hold almost every I need when I am away from home. Good job!
I’m glad you like it. It adds a ton of practical storage and makes a nice platform for the rear of the Jeep. Thanks for checking out my channel and leaving some feedback 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Excellent video! I just removed the passenger seat from my '17 JKU Recon yesterday for extra room. I hadn't planned to go full out with the Goose Gear platform until I saw this video; but, I may have to get it now. I'm wondering how it works with the subwoofer in the floor though. I'll have to do more research on the install with that. Thanks for the video!
I can’t recommend it more. The storage and usable space it provides are invaluable. Goose Gear sells a version of the plate which is made to work with the in floor subwoofer, it’s an option when ordering. If you watch the video the 395Jnky did, he retains the factory floor subwoofer while installing the GG plate
Well done video, thx Question, can you still recline the driver and passenger seats with rear seat deletes? How far back will they slide before contact to the GG equipment
@@KramerJunction haha. I was thinking about deleting mine. I’ve been seeing yours removed and thought it was a weight reduction thing. I have AEV up front and ARB in the back. They are awesome but heavy. I have plans for aluminum soon. Are you running a hi lift jack?
I had a suuuper heavy Poison Spyder rear bumper on that I really liked but took it off and sold it when I ordered a Poison Spyder BFH ll rear bumper with new rear crossmember. It’s a frame chop bumper and overall will be lighter than the previous PS bumper I had. I actually really like the no bumper look and the weight savings. For a minute I was considering just going with the EVO fascia cover for the rear with the bolt in D ring mounts, but in a week I’m taking the Jeep in to have the new rear cross member burned in! Yeah, I keep a Hi-Lift mounted in the rear of the Jeep. I made a video about it a few months back. I know people have differing opinions about them, but I like it 🤷♂️
@@KramerJunction I go back and forth on the hi lift. Doing 4 day trips with 3 people I’m just too heavy to justify the hi lift. So a block of wood and a bottle Jack is what I settled on.

Thank you! I'm absolutely loving it and I'm glad you liked it! Just remember, its easier to ask for forgiveness than permission lol
I’m sure you’ll miss the wife, but hey it’s about wheeling in style. Right?
@@ruready4adventure743 Well since I work for her I would miss her.😁😁
@@drillbittreed10 Awww...I just kid.
Wives are a blessing.
Hard to find a good one these days.
Good video , you did a great job with the “how to” aspect of this video.
Literally step by step with perfect instructions!
Thanks for sharing

Awesome vid! Chatting with you at Bachelor and touring your jeep was a pleasure and prompted me to check out the Goose vid. Nice work!

Ultimate Jeep Wrangler Conversion!
Yes! It definitely transforms your Jeep!
Great video my friend. I am considering buying this Plate System even more now after watching this video. Fantastic job. I am subscribed now. 🤙🏻
Awesome! Thank you! I’m glad you found the video useful and liked it 👍🏻
I live my Goose Gear System. One of the best purchases in a while!
Nice video, very complete. My favorite part was the american standard "19mm". Lol. All jokes aside, i liked the video, thanks.
Man that's really seems like a mod I should think about. I run my jeep with one of the back seats folded down anyway. Cheers!

Very nice! I'm putting my Goose gear in my rig today. Thanks!
Awesome! I hope everything went smoothly! Definitely tag me if you post pictures anywhere 👍🏻
@@KramerJunction Will do!
Just ordered mine. Can’t wait.
great video! do you happen to have the dimensions for the 60% delete? Cant seem to find it on goose gear website or on any forums
thanks for the thorough video!

Did you ever find out? I am curious as well.
Looking good. Can’t wait for the rig walk around. 🤙
I’m finally getting my rear bumper on in about a week that I’ve had sitting for the last year and then I think I’m gonna get it done 👍🏻
Thank you 👍🏻

I am sorry if I missed it but, can you tell us about the carpeting on the topper and windows? Looks awesome. GREAT VID as well!
It’s a type of felt like material which comes standard on the J30 top 👍🏻
Awesome job!
Thank you! I hope you found it useful
Love it!
Thank you!
Would this fit a 2020 wrangler 4 door freedom edition?
Goose Gear does have a JLU specific model available
That is really nice! OIIIIIIIO
I’m really loving the setup. It’s super clean and functional 🙌
Isn't it a bit of a reach to ask people to give the video a Thumbs Up at the BEGINNING of the video, when they haven't even seen it yet?
Haha You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take -Wayne Gretzky 😂
Yeah if you just reached underneath where your jack was squeeze those clips together that would have slid out without breaking it 😉👍
