I love the developement you used, it adds a touch of grainy to the XP2. Great camera, great little lens.

Thanks! I need to use this rig more and experiment with is. It's a cool camera and I need to see what it can really do!

Nice! Man I was so jealous of this pickup. Since then I've been keeping my eye out for one too. Good results with the photos too.

Thanks, my dude! The results are good, but I'm going to try ACROS II and agitate a little easier when developing next time. I'm lookin' to find more of what this camera is made of. Interesting little rig. Check out the links in the description. They might drive you to a different/better model (f2.8 model?).

I just bought this same Konica camera a few months ago that was in great condition but with the flash broken. Luckily I got it repaired and it's good as new. It takes amazing snaps, in addition with the autofocus which is cool. I really love this camera

Right on! Glad to hear you picked one up and it's serving you well! I just learned that if I use a film that isn't DX coded, the default ISO on this rig is 25. 25! Anyway, I'm a little bummed because I don't know if my latest roll is going to turn out too well. Thanks for chiming in!

Looks great! And thanx for the dev instructions that’s always helpful, though of course you shared them with me before. Much appreciated.
Btw, with D76 possibly getting rare you have an alternative figured?

Thanks! Anytime. It's always nice to spread info for anyone who may not know. Well, I have a few packs and I usually get about 20 rolls out of each one, so hopefully I can make the most of my current supply! Alternative will probably be Fuji's developer. I can't remember what it's called, but I'll know it when I see it. Heh. Cheeeers!

@@TokyoGritandGrain Ha, fair. I love me some Rodinal, but so hard to get here... For the amount of films you can get here, I am always surprised how hard it is to get chemistry.

I have a konica big mini, found it for 40$ on facebook marketplace. Love the size and portability, a pretty sharp lens also. Just hate there is no sort of lens cover and is just naked open lens all the time, always scared to scratch the lens by accident.

What an insane deal! I'm with you on that one - that lens needs to be covered somehow. I'm looking forward to using different kinds of film in this thing to see how it all pans out. Cheers!

You must've seen my tweet the other day... asking for best point and shoot!

Oh, man! I think I may have! There are so many out there and I wanted something better than this, but the price points kept me from doing so. 😐

@@TokyoGritandGrain i know. I just want something cheap to throw in my pocket.
