I think its important to be explicit about where this concept comes from: Inner Circle Trader (find on youtube). Also, you can do whatever you want in your own model, but ICT teaches to trade the asset that DOES NOT sweep liquidity, he teaches to trade the failure swing (strong if bullish, weak if bearish). The reason is the market that demonstrates strength or weakness, will have a more protracted move. You wouldn't want to go short on a stronger asset right? You would want to short weaker. Not Financial Advice. Just something to ponder.
I know what ICT said in his videos, but according to my backtesting data, you get better entries on the asset that sweeps the liquidity. I share here what works for me. Yes you could trade the weaker asset as well but for me the asset that sweeps the liquidity works better on a smaller timeframe like 15 mins and 1 hour. On the daily timeframe, yes you could trade the asset that failed to create high/low
Back to basics. The concept comes from understanding what and why liquidity sweep or liquidity grab is. In this case the asset that does sweep liquidity doesn't mean stronger than that that doesn't.

You did not read or understand my comment, you obviously do not understand ICT's concept of SMT, and you are "learning" from a source which cannot and/or is unwilling to teach it correctly. You will continue to be confused until you decide to take the blinders off. I understand that English may not be your first language, so let me clarify for you: The asset that DOES NOT sweep liquidity during a verified SMT divergence is stronger (if bullish) than the asset that did sweep liquidity. If you do not understand, go to ICT's channel and watch. It's very simple.

What would be a pair for XAUUDSD?
Bro do i need to wait for Higher high,higher low,higher high, higher low, higher high for this to work, or i can just do it with lets say nas makes higher high lower low higher high, and s&p makes an higher high lower low and fails to create a hogher high so i wait for mss/choch and enter off fvg ect..

SMT has to happen at a POI that makes sense , if you start looking for SMT without any context, you won't have much success.
Another thing, you're trading the one that swept liquidity which is different than what 90% of ICT traders would do, that is to trade stronger or weaker asset. Wonder if you've backtested that and saw it works better?

Yes the ICT and other traders who do smart money concept or whatever it is called is to trade the weaker instruments. The liquidity sweep is indeed the sign that the institutions or smart money traders want to sell the instrument. They do this because they know or they think that the instrument is weak... Remember how big boys trade huge volume 💪

No, not at all. Think of it like this. 1 pair wants to try and stop out more buys/trigger new sells to induce more liquidity into the market, the other pair wants to protect that low, because thats where banks and institutions have their stops at

EURUSD and DXY is inverse Correlation on that it will not work it works on co related pairs

no, if s&p500 makes a higher high and nas100 fails to create higher high, then trade s&p500 towards the orderflow of nas100
