VEry nice review and unboxing. Lots of great parts for this kit. Looks to be a great one for the emergency services builder.

Great review Peter that's quite an older kit I built it about 8 years ago does take a bit of work to make it look good don't know were they got the word NEW from i built mine with the usual lighting system looks good when finished have fun with the build👍👍

Hi Peter, Thanks for the review. Interesting kit. No markings on the sprues? I guess the parts are unique enough, you should be able to tell one from the other. That flash is going to keep you busy for a while. Nothing hard to fix, just a lot of cleanup. It's a shame that they marketed this kit as new. They probably threw some updated decals in the box so they could say it's a new kit. I'll be looking forward to the build. Have a great day mate. Jeff

That looks like a cool build. The names on the top are German city names.

Pete, Is it possible that there are both a fuel tank and a tank for water (to be used until the truck connects to the local fire hydrant)?

It seems this 2022 was another new boxart with new decals no idea why a limited edition unless a short run. 1625 = 16 tonnes GVW 250 PS TL i think is model range and 24/50 no idea

if u bought that kit in the uk and the box had new writen on it and it was an old kit revell would be reported to trading standards and revell would not b aloud to put NEW on there box by law and it would be classed by law as false advertising and the flashing would b classed as not fit for purpose

They probably get away with it because of the "new" decals and printed instructions. Scummy business style but typical of Revell.
