That explains the vague response when i asked you about the GTO last week. Haha great plans man!! That Camaro with the GTO drivetrain will rip on an autocross course. I actually autocross my 06 GTO and it does surprisingly well.

Don't throw away that Quadrajet - get the manual - it is a much better carb than the Edllebrock, It is however much more difficult to set up than an aftermarket Edlebrock or Holley but properly set up will make your model A pull like a smooth rocket when the secondaries kick in. Plus they are fuel efficient. They got a bad rap because they are too complex for most shade tree mechanics.
Man that 69 is going to be great, I wish now I had put disc's on my 69 RS those drums are just a pain.

Did you just swap everything from the gto?
You should install the gto brakes on the Camaro as well

The car ended up being right at 4K after taxes and fees.
