I was so extremly lucky this year, because so many of my fall plants from last autum survived the winter. They are large and beautiful, and I m pretty sure they will survive the next water as well. We are in New Jersey/ USA.
Hi Marta, thank you for sharing these beautiful decorations. If you’re looking for a sedum that looks exactly like the Lemon Ball but is totally hardy in your zone, then Sedum ‘Angelina’ might do it for you 🌺 (hardy to -30°C)
I have Angelina and grew it side by side with lemon ball this year but I see differences between them. The growth habit is different and the shape of leaves a bit different. But they are similar so it is a good choice for something hardy. But I like lemon ball more
Wow 🤩 Marta - I have the purple sedum, lemon coral sedum & silver/purple coral bells in my Fall 🍂 Arrangement. I also used a grassy texture with Stella d’Oro Daylily - because I have extra. Instead of the heathers, I did use a couple of Chrysanthemum - but the Heathers or even Veronica (speedwell) would look good too.
Always enjoy watching how other gardeners gently roll into new seasons I too go slowly not one to use pumpkins yet😉. Heather so lovely and I hope I too can find that verbena for nest year!
Thank you! I just bought 2 pots of heathers yesterday and planning to plant them tomorrow. I didn't know what conditions they like so this video was very useful to me. Great timing! Cheers from Hungary
I love both Lemon Coral Sedum as well as Heather and even though both are not hardy here where I live (New Hampshire USA zone 5b), I'd still like to get both for my garden. Perhaps I'll try overwintering them in my garage and seeing if I can get them to survive. Happy gardening, friend!
They are beautiful ❤❤❤
Love the black pots and that dramatic dark grass!

I love heather so much!! I wish I could grow it in my zone 3. The colour palette you picked is among my top favourites.
Love your combination of color ! Very refreshing color story for fall !

Absolutely beautiful! Great combo.
Thank you for sharing Marta. I too like the same colour combinations. I was hoping you’d keep the tall grass, it’s lovely.
