A simple inhaler doesn't "do the trick" and the hot temperature plays a key role too. My asthma is far worse than most average cases, it's hospitalized me many times even in slight air conditioned environments.
The reason I persist on the "even slight air conditioned environment for my home" is because it at least gives me a CHANCE to survive this sweltering heat and humidity while trying to breathe in such temperatures and humidity.
My asthma is far worse than most and if I don't have even the slightest air conditioned environment (ie at the very least 77° in my home) it's like being forced to breathe through a soaked towel for days on end.
I can't say enough how EXCRUCIATING it has been through my life.
If I have to beg, fine..
PLEASE give me the slightest air conditioning to help my breathing and nothing else. Being a little warm at 77° isn't so bad, but at least I can still breathe and that's what my argument here is about - and nothing else.
So if "begging" is what you want?
To save my life I BEG you to give me the slightest air conditioning at 77° to help me breathe and have less humidity.
With my very little bit of food money I'll get an inhaler instead of food because you all would rather have me starve and get an inhaler instead.
    I was hoping to maybe......
    ......GET SOME FOOD INSTEAD.💀

Me and my mon both have asthma . but she's far worst than i I'm . she's been hospitalized so many times and get to the verge of death . we were living near the see . one day we moved away from the see . my mom's condition improved significantly . now she rarely uses her inhaler and she even do a lot of sport .
For me my asthma is only triggered by humidity . but if you can't move from where you live you can by a machine that's pretty much cheep and put it in you room where you sleep . it called Dehumidifier . and it absorb the humidity in your room . keep it on all the time

Before I had a dehumidifier I was always reaching for my ventolin inhaler. I very rarely use my ventolin inhaler anymore because as soon as I feel the need to use it I switch on the dehumidifier and literally within minutes I’m feeling so much better

I am dealing with this issue at work. She brought a room size humidifier, and put it on the top of her desk. This is not a personal size humidifier. This is one that would humidifier a small room of about 250 ft.². She was saying that it was dry in the office. I purposely brought in.a gauge to measure the humidity was the humidity. I was 100% right because I could feel the effects in my throat and now I have a Barry White voice. She has been running it continually I just noticed it this week but I have been noticing how sticky it feels when I have my arms on my desk and then finally saw the steam coming out about 2 feet above her desk! The gauge measured at 51% yet she says it’s dry. I don’t think she is grasping the fact that she is literally feeding, mold spores, and for someone like me that gets allergy induced asthma that is not good.
