@@kenslycarpel3140 Ikr, they didn't even break the blood moon curse early. To me that's the biggest issue in developing the ship because every interaction before breaking the curse didn't feel genuine.
Can we all just appreciate Flapjack?? This baby had such an amazing personality, he chose hunter , as well he had managed to change him bit by bit, showing him kindness and love like anyone, the thing he never got. This poor little guy death made me cry so much. 😭

I think it helped that we skipped stuff. Like how Lumity developed offscreen, the show isn’t really about the build up and just the relationship itself and the milestones, which is a breath of fresh air.

I saw someone say this in a different comment on a different video but I think it's interesting how just like his predecessor (Caleb), Hunter also forms a close friendship and eventually falls in love with a strong witch from The Boiling Isles. I really enjoy the parallel between Caleb and Hunter because it shows me that no matter how hard he tries, no matter what he does, Belos can not completely control his brother.
