This is an epic chill song, liked by Yours Truly. seriously. The nice deep chill feel is put through the piano riffs, the snare and the light bass. The vocals add that final touch as well! Cannot wait for the Growing Up EP!

I know we're all hyped for Volant and the return of "[Glitch Hop / 110BPM]", but you have to acknowledge the effort the Fij put into this track. I mean, WOW, this track is freaking outstanding. The atmosphere, the sound, that background bass, all combined with Danyka's amazing voice...this is easily one of his best tracks on the label. I have to say I'm honestly super hyped for the full EP now. :) The little Fij holding the balloon on the EP art is also a pretty great touch. XD

Let's share our thoughts about this: 1. Mr Fijiwiji, very well done. Even my mom says that this was a good song. 2. I hate to admit, but even with the vocals, I still think that this was chillout. Danyka's voice is a good addition to the song, but I think that it's chillout. 3. The piano is great. Very well done on that. The song made me cry due to how sad and good the song was constructed. Props to you, Fij. 4. I really don't think that this song has anything wrong with it. Some people I know are going to say right off the bat that this song wasn't electronic at all. I searched chill music on spotify and got this, what a song. The beat, her voice, the piano solos (I plan on learning to play) are phenomenal, unprecedented emotion and expression. This song just makes me think about summer, how much I want to ride my motorcycle and be free of the virus restrictions. Seems like you never realize what you got until it's gone. I've been reflecting on all I've achieved this year in spite of it though. It's been one hell of a ride. Ive worked 2 years at my job averaging 50-60 hours a week, earned 2 raises and a promotion in that timeframe. Then the virus hits and I almost lost my job in June. Management decides to move me to another department to keep me employed with an unknown timeframe to get back to the position I worked so hard for. By September, we came back full swing and I got my position back. 3 days ago, I hit end of month sales goal, something I haven't been able to achieve since February thanks to this pandemic. That's just the career side of my life, I was also trying to date in this year in the same timeframe after breaking up with my girlfriend the previous summer (it was mutual and on good terms, just circumstances had changed for both of us). I took the better part of a year afterwards to focus on myself until September when things calmed down a bit and my job was stable. The challenge of finding love in a pandemic, I probably have a better chance of hitting the Powerball jackpot but I keep trying. To say it's been difficult has been a colossal understatement. I'll tell what its taught me though, it's what I don't want. I don't want to waste another minute of my life worried about things that are out of my control, living in fear, being afraid to stand out, being afraid to show who I really am. I say let it go, embrace who you are and let the chips fall where they may. If anyone tells you otherwise afterwards, cut em loose whether it's emotional, financial, or physical pain you're in, tell yourself to keep going, you're almost through it, just a little more to the end. I've found that the harder it is, the more you take on, the better you become. Take comfort in knowing that you aren't the problem, they are. Because at least you know you are exactly where/what you want to be, that is to remain true to yourself. That my friends, is where the magic happens and what will make you shine among the rest. I struggle with that feeling even though I'm literally doing 10x more than what I used to/what people my age do. Even then, I feel like I could do more and that I'm wasting this beautiful life. I've always been the guy that is told, "your whole life is ahead of you." Now that I've turned 32 almost 33 progressing towards middle age I'm not the young guy in the group of friends anymore so the roles have now changed for me. We have the highest hopes for ourselves when we are younger, sky is the limit when you're young. Now, I'm starting to see family members die off, friends going in separate directions that I was really close to once and just overall coming to terms with my own mortality and noticing how my priorities have shifted. For me, I've always tried to be around the most successful person, hardest worker, rationally intelligent with giving/receiving advice. Part of that is character development, being able to find your shortcomings. I'll admit, I have struggled for years, wasted alot of time in my 20s at bullshit jobs, had a few good ones that I lost, partially on my own doing and others to circumstance. If you aren't at a place where you see yourself finishing out your remaining working years there, then change it. It might be difficult to leave that comfort zone but you'll thank yourself when you truly love what you do career wise, the money will come with time and experience. I have now found that so I have 1 piece of my puzzle locked in. I tend to self diagnose when I have committed a failure, I ask myself, "what can I do to avoid this next time? Was there something I could've done differently? Did I maintain the best course of action that led to this outcome?" All these things are self reflection and ways I use to cope with my struggles. Some days are harder then others but just know you aren't alone and there are many in far worse situations. Do what you can, while you can, for as long as you can, this includes hobbies, vacation time, family, all play a role in your mental health. As far as relationships go for me, I'll keep working on myself, my shortcomings, my flaws until I succeed. I figure the more problems I can fix within myself, the better prepared I will be to take on someone else's and help them grow both as a person and a life partner.

Chillout, chillstep, abient, etc. are electronic music, yes. The terms EDM and electronic are often interchangeable, but yes, I see what you mean when because you can't really dance to ambient music. ;-;
