Mr. Forgetfulness is the Master of the Memory Dump. Forgetfulness is all alone in the Memory Dump, taking care of the 3rd level of Riley’s Memory Storage. In Headquarters, their is Short Term Memory, then their is Long Term Memory around the Memory Dump, and finally, deep in the Memory Dump, far below the tower of Headquarters, is Deep Storage. Deep storage is where Forgetfulness stores the memories that are Extremely Valuable and will be the last memories that play through Riley’s head before here time is up. The Original Core Memories after the Events of Inside Out are now in Deep Storage, ready to be played on the final moments of Riley’s life. Also, the Mind Workers, Forgetfulness absolutely Despises them. Why? Because they are Mind Workers, and there are Supposed to be at least a Few Mind workers Down in the Dump helping him Organize Deep Storage.
The "Tripple M gum" is the equivalent of when you here a familiar tune in your head and your brain has to work out the details before finally unravelling the song controlling you other muscles into playing the song you ince listened to now listening to again.
