👌Made it again & recipe is so easy to follow. Due to lockdown I didn’t have Tomatoes 🍅 which as per you we should use More. I only had One spoon of Tomato Purée, so I used a bit more Amchoor Powder, and it still turned out Great with little Sour tasting Rajma. Real Yummy.. everyone loved it.

If you dont have mixer & grinder. Dont have so much time... Start with all this pressure cooker first fry the onion & garlic paste and khaada masala...then other powder masala and cooked it for 10 minutes...then add the rajma...stir it full flame...then add water and closed the lid of pressure cooker cooked it 20-25 minutes with 7-8 cooker whistles... Your rajma gravy texture and thicker...like of dhabas.... Bharatz is aweaome...thanx bharatzkitchen...👍👍👍

I made this dish as per your instructions except that i added kasuri methi instead of fresh coriander herb because my punjabi friend told me that is the authentic way.
