    That was an amazingly short takeoff for what it weighs. Good engineering will take you a long way (or in their case, a short way into the sky)!

    What is a heavy departure please?

      Usually a wide body aircraft is considered a "heavy", again usually. Heavy is just a signal to traffic around the climb rate can be slower and wake turbulence significant.
      A wide body passenger aircraft has two aisles. Cargo planes would be mirror to a passenger. Load and distance (fuel) are factors.

      This one still exists. It was the larger one, the 225, that was destroyed.
