Honestly, when I first started watching this channel, I thought it was funny, but fairly simplistic in its approach, which I liked. It was just the mikey and Claire show and it was cool. I could have never anticipated the depth that this channel has brought to the RUclips skit space, it has been such a breath of fresh air to follow this channel over the past months. I’ve gotten so invested in these characters and their stories, and every video has me wondering how the team can possibly one-up themselves, and they always do
Matthew is the real star of this episode. Claire wouldn't show up. Andrew wouldn't feel awkward. Mikey would bullshit himself out of the situation. And the movie would be silent.
This is the best possible way of poking fun at the comments section while simultaneously introducing the whole staff to a newer audience, all while making an entertaining self contained skit
Same, I noticed them right before the sound guy made a comment on them, lol. He ain't wrong, and I don't even know why it's a problem to compliment a guy when he's fit, we do it all the time.
I love that change from 25 to 23 to 28, Randy's infatuation with Claire, Claire batshit crazy per usual, Mikey simping for her despite said craziness, all the other callbacks this was 11/10 well done guys 😆🤣
Didn't feel like simping to me. But instead like a play on the fact that some people are simping for Claire to the point that they would stop watching if she wasn't in them anymore.

For sure. He’s got a very laid-back attitude that definitely works in his favor for these characters. His line deliveries are so dry and no-nonsense. Like he’s just completely fed up with everything and is taking no shit from anyone. It works perfectly for the types of characters he has been playing. Glad to see that I’m not the only one who noticed and appreciated his acting in these videos. 👍
I already miss Vanessa. Definitely a different fictional character than Claire and this version of Mikey would have been so happy in a fur suit and courtside of a Celtics game too. However Claire the girlfriend brings her own sass too.
