@@thonderlig2 she's right. It all depends on the power of your machine and also how well maintained the steam wands are. Typically steam wands should be rebuilt every 6 months or so and if you fall behind on that schedule they can lose some power
I don't have rinser at the cafe I work at too, and it's a pain to keep going back and forth to the sink. Anyway, I really love your videos. I would love to be able to do latte art like you, so effortless. Such an inspiration to practice more :)

Hello im new here, working as a barrista right now, would like to ask if its okay to not wash your milk jug after every single order, it takes up a lot of my time just washing the jugs myself after pouring only one cup, ty in advance!
There is no rinser for washing jugs, only has small sink behind of that area. I was trying to make coffee by myself, as possible as I can, I washed it and changed jug for different kinds of milk. :)

@@baristajoy 아 정확하지 않지만 안정화한다는게 크레마거품이랑 우유거품이랑 잘 혼합해서 아트전에 도화지를 만드는단계라고 알고 있는데 알바하는곳이 테이크아웃 전문점이라 라떼아트를 안하는데도 크레마거품층이 깨지지않게 나가서 크레마거품층 유지가 크게 중요한가 궁금해서..ㅎㅎ 역시 스티밍이 제일 중요한거겟죠😆답변감사합니다 좋은하루도세용☺💕

Hi... Im from indonesia. And i started to learn how to make latte. I'd like to ask.. To make one cup latte, how much ml milk you pour in jug. And how much ml milk left in jug when you finish created one cup of latte. Best regards...
I don’t know about ml of milk. But I use 420ml jug and pour milk until half for small coffee. After steaming and pouring, around 1cm of milk left. But for T/A coffee needs more milk so there is no left milk.

카페에 일하게되면서 홀스텝으로 6개월정도 일했을때 샷뽑는 걸 배우게됬고 그후로 약 3-4개월정도 일하면서 연습 후에 사장님께 커피실력을 인정받은후 약 카페에 일하게된지 1년됬을쯤 바리스타 시프트를 받을 수있엇어요 한국에선 그래픽디자이너로 회사를 다녔었구요 따로 커피에대해 배운적은 없었어요 커피만드는 방법 원리 기본지식등등은 만나는 바리스타분들마다 잘 가르쳐주셨고 혼자 공부도 많이했어요 아트같은경우는 모두 독학입니다
스팀할땐 고와보이지만 막상 끄면 곱지않은건.. 잔거품이 많이 안빨려들어간거가타여 ㅠㅠ 저는 스킴(라이트(스팀할때 종종 그래요! 저그이동하시면 잔거품 더 터지니까 괜찬을수도잇어요! 아니면 스티밍하실때 좀더 각도조절 높이조절 해서 거품을 최대한 호로록 없애볼려고 해보세여!!!!

Latte is Espresso with milk(over half) and Macchiato is Espresso with milk foam(only foam or dash of milk with foam) so It is more stronger than Latte. 😃
Oh I searched it and I have no idea about Latte Macchiato cuz I don’t get any order that coffee in here. I work in Sydney, Australia and I think all cafes don’t have that menu :). It seems like different coffee culture. When I get order ‘Macchiato ‘ It is Espresso with milk foam (Use Espresso glass and put the foam on the top) and Latte is Latte 😂
American here! A latte and a latte macchiato taste exactly the same, only difference is in a macchiato, the shots are poured over steamed milk rather than the milk poured over shots as seen here in the video 💕

I’m jealous of how fast that steamwand is! My Breville Barista Express steamwand takes like 45 secs to steam 16oz to temp.
That machine is Lamarzocco haha super fast and strong.

the time you steam the milk is so short compared to me, how is it able to get to that temp that quick?
It takes normally 10-13sec I think :) It's really powerful steam ! I make coffee around 65 degrees^_^

Can I ask why you need to do a test latte when you are really good at it and get it every time? Great video by the way!
Normally it's to test the espresso quality and also, the steam wand pressure may vary from day to day so I guess it's to get the hang of it?

아하 알겟어여!! 크레마 안깨트리는 작업을 안정화라구 하는군요여 그 아트시작하기 전 단계맞죠!? 테이커웨이 종이컵은 아무래도 머그보다 크다보니 우유가 상대적으로 많아여 그래 그작업을 끝까지 한다해서 크레마가안깨지고 붓기는 힘들걸료.. 보통 그냥 휙 부어러 쏴악 믹스커피처럼 섞이게하는게 더 쓴맛도안나고 부드러울거라고 생각해요 !! 벽면쪽으로 우유를 확 부으면 토네이도 처럼 휘리릭 돌아여 그럼 알아서 잘 섞이거든요 ㅎㅎ!! 해보시고 맛보시고 좋다 ! 하시면 휘리리릭 부어서 나가세요 ㅎㅎㅎ 큰차이없다고 봅니닷

Celia Chen In Australia, Sydney, normally Cappuccino or Hot chocolate or Mocha needs Chocolate powder on top. It’s like a recipe:)

Hi... Im from indonesia. And i started to learn how to make latte. I'd like to ask.. To make one cup latte, how much ml milk you pour in jug. And how much ml milk left in jug when you finish created one cup of latte. Best regards...
I don’t know about ml of milk. But I use 420ml jug and pour milk until half for small coffee. After steaming and pouring, around 1cm of milk left. But for T/A coffee needs more milk so there is no left milk.

카페에 일하게되면서 홀스텝으로 6개월정도 일했을때 샷뽑는 걸 배우게됬고 그후로 약 3-4개월정도 일하면서 연습 후에 사장님께 커피실력을 인정받은후 약 카페에 일하게된지 1년됬을쯤 바리스타 시프트를 받을 수있엇어요 한국에선 그래픽디자이너로 회사를 다녔었구요 따로 커피에대해 배운적은 없었어요 커피만드는 방법 원리 기본지식등등은 만나는 바리스타분들마다 잘 가르쳐주셨고 혼자 공부도 많이했어요 아트같은경우는 모두 독학입니다

스팀하고나면 마지막에 스팀봉을 빼지 않았을때 잔거품이 퐁 하고 올라오면서생겨요,, 뭐가문제일까요? 혹은 스티밍후에 거품에 자잘한 거품이 있는건 그저 스티밍연습을 더 해야하는거겟져?ㅠㅠ
스팀할땐 고와보이지만 막상 끄면 곱지않은건.. 잔거품이 많이 안빨려들어간거가타여 ㅠㅠ 저는 스킴(라이트(스팀할때 종종 그래요! 저그이동하시면 잔거품 더 터지니까 괜찬을수도잇어요! 아니면 스티밍하실때 좀더 각도조절 높이조절 해서 거품을 최대한 호로록 없애볼려고 해보세여!!!!

Heeey :) I got a question :) Is there any taste difference between coffee latte and latte macchiato? Or different experience while drinking both of them?
Latte is Espresso with milk(over half) and Macchiato is Espresso with milk foam(only foam or dash of milk with foam) so It is more stronger than Latte. 😃

Oh I searched it and I have no idea about Latte Macchiato cuz I don’t get any order that coffee in here. I work in Sydney, Australia and I think all cafes don’t have that menu :). It seems like different coffee culture. When I get order ‘Macchiato ‘ It is Espresso with milk foam (Use Espresso glass and put the foam on the top) and Latte is Latte 😂

American here! A latte and a latte macchiato taste exactly the same, only difference is in a macchiato, the shots are poured over steamed milk rather than the milk poured over shots as seen here in the video 💕

거품이 곱지 않으면 커피 만들구나서 30초만 지나도 거품이 뽕글뽕글 올라와요 ! ! !! 거품 텍스쳐가 거칠어서 거품이 사라지는거져.. 스팀이 잘되면 거품 텍스쳐가 고와서 거품 유지가 오래되요! ! ! 스팀을 잘하고 못하고는 커피 만들고나서 거품이 오래 살아있냐 안살아있냐로 나뉜다구 생각하시묜대요.. 그리구 댓글남겨쥬셔서 감사합니닷...>.
