The weather looks so nice!! It's getting warm here in Brisbane. I like how you pour after you sprinkle choco powder and still have some left on top. I haven't been really successful in doing that. I did a few times but my customers returned the coffee and ask for more choco powder 😅 I took another job and it makes me a bit sad because 90% of the customers are senior people and they want me to kind of burn the milk, don't care about latte art, not even the taste of the coffee. I guess watching you is what gives me joy in making coffee again now. I know you live a busy live but stay healthy and happy ❤

Hi Joy, I have being watching a lot your videos, sometimes even more than once. At my job to turn on the steam is different to yours. Could you do a video explaining about turning on knob steams? For example: Do we have to turn the knob till the end or half way?
Thanks for the comment! I don't know what machine you use but you need to turn on knob till the end ! If I turn on steam just half way, I can not make silky foam! Every machine has different shape of wand :( Btw the important thing is you need to practice and study with your machine ! Keep going practicing ! YOu will make perfect foam one day !

Hi David, Thank you so much your comment ! Better milk consistency is the reason why I transfer milk into another jug, It's kind of my habit :) I just try to make perfect silky milk to make super smooth foam every single coffee.

You steam your milk in 10 seconds?!? Isn’t the milk cold? How much pressure do you have and how many holes? It looks as you don’t have two phases of steaming. Looks like just only rolling phase.

I really got inspired by your skills and its really helpful cause I am also staying in Australia. But I am really stressed, when I start to pour milk for art the milk starts to disturb from the upside corner. Is that because of the fast flow or ??? I am really stressed because sometimes it's okay but in majority milk disturb art from upside corner giving unsymmetrical art :(
Hi, Thanks for the comment ! I think you pour milk quite fast and strong so It flows too much, that's why the art's moving . Hope you practice more and try to find the problem yourself ! I used to take video when I make coffee cuz I could check the problem >.< YOu can start YOuTube too haha !
There are two reasons😀 In this video BaristaJoy moves milk 1. To make more smooth froth when you make a single coffee 2. To devide milk froth to make two coffee together (you can see that she uses bigger jug/Silver jug when she make 2 coffee at the same time)

Takiguchi Andre Espresso with milk and lots of foam (1/3 of cup) and put chocolate powder on top of coffee ;)

I make Latte froth ! All that coffees need Latte froth around 1cm of foam ! 💕 Thank you

제가 영상에서 만드는 커피는 대부분 스몰사이즈이구요 6oz, 싱글샷이 기본입니다 ;) 라지는 더블샷이구요 커피 종류마다 샷이 다를 수 있어요

우유부을때 조금 더 에스프레소랑 가깝게 부어보세요 (약cm) 우유가 안뜨면 너무 높은데서 붓는거고 너무 또 가까우면 거의 거품이 쏟아지듯이 나오기때문에 여러높이에서 부어보시면서 감을 찾으시면 더 쉬울거에요!

There are two reasons😀 In this video BaristaJoy moves milk
1. To make more smooth froth when you make a single coffee
2. To devide milk froth to make two coffee together (you can see that she uses bigger jug/Silver jug when she make 2 coffee at the same time)
