for people that are trying to learn, you have to throw your arms up instead of forward. by doing this your momentum wants you to go straight up in the air so you will have more air time to tuck and prepare for landing

It is almost impossible to land on your neck during a frontflip. Try going to a parkour or gymnastics gym and try it into a foam pit with coaching then mats then ground
Also if your not comfortable with the motion try having someone spot. Also as progression you can do a diveroll but don't use your hands and land on your back on a mat helped me.
Day 1=Trying to get the just of it Day 2=Slaying the landings Day 3=Slipping pretty hard man Day 4= Sand was in the way tbh Day 5= In the middle idrk YOU DID PRETTY GOOD!
Just train your standing vertical jump before you do this and you will make it that much easier to do. All it is, is standing vertical + rate of front spin. You can do the whole thing without any forward motion.

Try stepping into it instead of punching, it's easier for men's gymnastics, and keep your arms straight before you flip. It will get you more momentum, and try taking a shoe and throwing it as far as you can in the set right before you flip, it will help with your set and landing will be much much easier. nice job but a tip when you jump up you don't want to immediately start doing the flip or its harder to get around find something about a foot or two higher than you block then start the flip when you are eye level with it

I got it on grass first try it wasnt that pretty but I got it. it is easy to to it if you commit to it otherwise
