I was inspired by this card to make one for my aunt with slight variations. For instance, I used a snowflake filled embossing folder, and the sentiment simply said Peace on an oval matted piece. I didn't have any blue ribbons so I ran a 3/4 inch white organza ribbon over the edge of the blue stamp pad and then layered a 1/8 inch satin white ribbon over it. My aunt is going to love it! I stamped snowflakes on the front of the envelope and a snowman inside where I wrote her a little message. Thank you so much for the inspiration, as always! I was finished in a jiffy!
These cards are soooo gorgeous Lindsay! I remember seeing embossing diffusers, I believe they were called, and thought to myself, there must be a way for me to make my own diffusers, which at the time I thought fun foam might work. Low and behold you solved my mystery of just using two sheets of cardboard from cereal boxes. Thank you so much for sharing...you just saved me $7.00 LOL!
I have come across this vid while drinking my morning tea and totally impressed with my energies because this fade thingy is exactly what I need for a card I'm making . Great stuff Lindsey
Awesome!
Hi Lindsay this is a wonderful tutorial. I live in South Africa and we don't really have many of your fancy tools and cannot always make these cards but your videos inspire me to think out of the box and I find other ways to achieve similar results. Thank you for this it was lovely love and blessings to you Celeste
This is the prettiest card of the season and believe me, I've seen a LOT of cards. Thanks for sharing!
Well, I'm just sitting here, making Christmas cards, and watching Lindsay create magic! Ah, life is good. Absolutely stunning card, and I love all the different peg stamps that worked so well, with the scene.
Wow! This is one of the most beautiful cards ever!
GREAT! You don't need to stamp stars you are a STAR!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN!
Love when you create with PEG stamps Lindsay. Beautiful card. Thanks for all of the tips and techniques.
Thanks, I need to get 5hem out again. I have some basket stamps I want to use with them!

You are the Bob Ross of Stamping...and even more! Awesome video and great talent!
This card is amazing and your demonstration/directions was so clear and the way you used items that could be adapted is so helpful. Thank you so much!
Oh Lindsay this card is beautiful. Fairly simple technique but sure does pack a punch. Love it!!
You make it look so easy! I love your helpful hints, especially about using the cardboard as a die. That'll save me tons of money. Thank you for speaking clearly and not going off on tangents!
Just perfect. You are named frugal, thanks for always showing us how we can use what we have or how to make a tool that is probably ridiculously expensive!
Really good idea, I forget about my embossing folders....thx for sharing
What an elegant beautiful card Lindsay! I am very partial to blue for Christmas cards! I love the double ribbon technique, have never seen that before and it really adds to the elegance! Wow, do you ever have a lot of peg stamps! Thanks for sharing all the tips and tricks today! Hugs
Really helpful advices! Although my mother language is not English, I got all of it. Thanks a lot! Great idea with the embossing missing a defined area! My idea first was to cut it out and glue behind...but this way is way more professional! Thanks dear!!
I love this card and Rubber Stamp Tapestry they posted this on one of their current videos so i had to see it again, it is so beautiful..
Love this beautiful card. Merry Christmas to you too. The sentiment is so appropriate considering all the natural disasters we have seen this year. I live in Ca. So many people have lost their homes in the fires we are having. I wish them peace.
This card is lovely, Lindsay!! And I'm so jealous of all your peg stamps...such a great assortment!! Thanks for sharing!
thanks for watching:)
This is a beautiful card, gathering my supplies to try this for a Christmas card.. Thank you for another wonderful tutorial, have a great holiday season.
Hello Lindsay! I know that this video is almost a year old, but I just came across it when I was researching some ideas for my Christmas cards this year! I so enjoyed watching this video and I adore all the amazing tips and techniques you shared using peg stamps, inks, brushes and post-it notes for masks! You are always so much fun to watch! Thank you so much, Katz Baugh

This is one of my favorite cards that you have made, Lindsay! It is gorgeous and the techniques are great! Thank you for sharing!
10 Sept 2022 -- great card and inspiration! Really like the reminder of checking my own supplies first.
Snow scene
The snow scene is lovely ...Seam binding makes great hinges on book board boxes.
Beautiful. And a wonderful way to practice a new technique.
Beautiful cards Lindsey!! Thank you for showing me how to use the embossing frame!!! I had no idea how to use them!!! Awesome!!! ❄️
Lindsay, this card is stunning! I think it is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
thanks!
This card I is so elegant I would display it on my mantle for the winter season. Love to watch your videos. Happy Holidays.,Kristi
Yay!! I have the original blue baby big too - he has a big blue brother too (the pro). Love by big shots.
This is so pretty - will have to do some partial embossing with scenic cards. I've done it with dies but not scenes.
Gosh Lindsay, you are so highly creative, you just never cease to inspire me. Thank you x
I've had my Big Shot for about 10 years as well. It's a work horse. Beautiful card and so many good tips about embossing. Thanks Linds. :)
This card is so beautiful and I appreciate all the detailed steps you shared. I too store my peg stamps all together. Why not? They all play nice together! :)
I agree Val!
Gorgeous card. I always learn so much from you, and appreciate both your thoughtfulness and enthusiasm in your videos. Thankyou for all you do.
Stunning card! I love the tips about the post it notes and I’m going to use that. I don’t have embossing folders but I thought I would do a stencil on the background. I think this card is just lovely. Thanks for your expertise and your time and effort in making such a beautiful card!
Really pretty card and lots of fun techniques that are easy to follow.
Wow. This card is genuinely breathtaking. I looooove moonlit nights on snow, so that frosty, cold vignette was just beautiful. I have literally none of the supplies to make it, however, lol! I need to add to my ink colors. I can get around the lack of a die-cutting machine (although it all looks terribly rough and amateur), but I can't really get around only having neon-colored inks!
Such a great and unique use of so many peg stamps. I loved how you used the leaf for a pine tree...Genius! (I'd expect nothing less from you, though....) Sandy
aww, thanks Sandy:)
Absolutely beautiful card. I think this is the prettiest card I have seen you make. Thanks for sharing with us.
wow, thank you!
This is exactly what I was going to say! Best card I have seen here! Keep up the great work!!
Thanks for the lovely tutorial. Great card, great instructions and ideas. Many thanks! Love what you do and love your joy.
What a beautiful card! I love the tip about embossing leaving the center plain. I've wondered about how to achieve that look. Now I know! Thanks!
Hi from Australia .Wow what a great card cant wait to try partial embossing.
I would really like to see more die cut tutorials. Using nifty frugal ideas to make your 5 dies look like more. 😄 I love your teaching style. Thanks!
Awesome video, just want I was looking for. Keep making the videos. The people with thumbs down probably don't even know how to craft or make videos. I craft but I do not video, hats off to those who do and are thoughtful enough to share. If I had a craft room then I probably would.
This card is absolutely gorgeous!
Thanks for the fabulous tip showing how you can use the embossing folders in a new way.
Gorgeous techniques on this classy card. The partial embossing is fab. Hugs from NY.
What a clever idea ,to turn leaf into trees . Looks beautiful
Beaytiful
Beautiful
Snug hug is easily dyeable with Dylusion sprays or even distress ink on a mat with a spritz of water. (I only have white and cream) Love this card and will def make some.
wow this is one of the nicest cards I have seen in a while
Just made this card today. I love it! It is amazing that I have been making cards for less than a year but with the great instruction on your video I can make something beautiful. Thank you!

Wow, this is awesome! You taught us many techniques too!
I love this it turned out awesome. I do have the Darice making folders and have only used them once or twice but I like the fact that you used it outside the embossing folder. Thanks Lindsay.
Do you use them another way? This is how I have alwaysed used them and it is reliable for me:)
This is beautiful! What a great tutorial. Quite elegant. I’m going to need a bigger house though 😄
Fabulous doesn’t even begin to describe this card. Love it!
Wow!! Love this technique and just a beautiful card. As always Lindsay love your videos!!!
These cards are Beautiful!! Thanks for showing how to use those embossing frames!! Now I can go dust mine off and put them to use!
they are fun tools!
So beautiful! Delighted!
Wow so beautiful! If this card don't say Merry Christmas I don't know what would. Stunning you out did yourself.
thanks!
Had to laugh...blending brush?? Looks like the brush my Dad used to lather up his face for shaving!!! LOL That trivia aside...I love this video!! Your techniques to make these beautiful cards are amazing!! Thanks so much for sharing your talent with us!!!
I remember them too - and my son has one now ! In fact when I first saw Lindsay using them that's what I thought they were. Maybe the brush company realised that electric razors and foam soap were gonna do 'em out of business so
re-invented the brush as an art tool. Clever !!
The card is so pretty. I always learn new things when I watch your videos. It looks like an expensive card!
thanks!
Beautiful! I always wondered how the partial emboss technique was done. Thanks so much for the demo!
Beautiful card. Great tehnique w the masking and inking.
Beautiful card, just beautiful. Hope u and ur family have a wonderful Christmas and New Years
I learned so much from this video! Beautiful card!! Loved the tip on embossing with the folders. I had no idea that could be done. I’m trying this out today!! Thank you, Lindsay!!
Although the entire card is beautiful, I love the ribbon technique. Such a stunning way to add ribbon. Thank you for sharing your ideas.
Your techniques on this card are all brilliant! I especially LOVE your idea on how to emboss on only part of the card. So clever! Thanks for sharing!
Gorgeous card. Amazing that you created this with a few peg stamps. TFS
Wow. Just wow.
Now I have to get crafting again. Thanks for the inspiration,

thank you!
Wow!!! This is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE viewings, and projects which I've watched u create over the years, & trust me, I've seen A LOT of 'em!! Thank u for such great ideas, incl. alternative options to try as usual! ♡
Love it!! I think I would have left off the lighter ribbon. I bought several sets of peg stamps two months ago but haven't played with them yet. Now that I'm all done with Xmas cards, I think I'll pull them out to play with. One of my good friends bought several too as well as a big kick and about 15 memento dew drops. I'm so glad I got (well u helped when I forward one of your wreath RUclips videos) her new into the craft. Thanks!!!
Beautiful card!! I have the same original big shot and I’m still using it till this day. I love it!
A great embossing idea I've never seen before!!! Can't wait to try it! Thank you
