it is not fair to just note that TN69 car driver , there were more than thirty bikes coming towards you in wrong way they are the real locals note them as well and you should scold them more than the car driver... this mentality of always blame the car and forgive the bike needs to change.. And regarding the bus scenario yes car driver is at fault and bus driver should reduce his ego. in India people think traffic laws doesnt apply to bike or Autos. there are good riders too but most of the riders dont even have license or didnt get it in proper way.

Bro no horn modification is allowed as per rto, and air horn is completely banned inside city limit. Heavy vehicles can fit and use air horn only out side city limit, if used in city limit then huge fine need to be paid.
