Wow nice attempt and a decent prototype... I looked in to this in 2016 but due to lack of funds and no decent turbos in the market at that time I stopped that. I am sure this concept can use fine tuning and bettered. for example the instant 90 degree bent at the exhaust is a no no.. there will be back pressure at the head. the adaptors you made can be cut better to smoothen the gas flow... and the cast iron pipes used for exhasut should be plain illegal. I also see you modified the head to switch intake with exhaust.. that also has negative impact on the motor life as its not how ithe motor was developed.. you tinkered it.. I would advise stick to original settings...I also didnt see a self start.. thats is a very good modification if you ask me...
What is the advantage & what ur going to gain by adding turbo. U want to increase the Horse power, simultaneously u have to increase the fuel supply too.
@@Madvise007 ur increasing the volumetric efficiency of in take air by adding turbo fuel efficiency is not going to increase. . Fr ur kind information turbo is added to increase the HP of engine by using the waste (exhaust) gas

Supercharger try pannunga. This turbo is used for multicylinder car engine where more pressure pulses ensure almost a continuous gas flow. Also car engine cc is more.
Electromechanical engineer here, You should completely weld the exhaust tube, because the exhaust is leaking and it wont give you any boost hence making it useless.
@@Madvise007 because the bullet engine not fit for turbo. if you ride with turbo should have proper mechanism that suits to the engine specifications.If you think it's safe then take a ride atleast 100 kms and post video then let's see .....
