What u said is correct. Here in cbe they made major signals into u turn system, so 90%signal is off only, no work for police at signals due to this u turn system.
Traffic and waiting time at signals have reduced very much, good work by cops, but in other hand they need to frequent check the one ways, over speeding vehicles, mobile driving etc. They not checking such so traffic offenders have increased
