    Thanks Julie I'm making a mini tea bag journal and I wanted a leather looking cover so this came at the perfect time.

    I've seen the tissue applied years ago. What I haven't seen was as much detail to use ink dyes to color it. At first I thought I wouldn't watch because I have seen the tissue applied technique. I'm glad I did. I would have missed how you think more out of the box. I did enjoy watching. I am glad you shared.

      Thank you for watching and commenting. I enjoy playing around with what I have. I have also used this technique with parts of napkins instead of the tissue paper. I just find it a great way to recycle tissue paper and/or napkins that I have taken apart.

    I LIKE IT!!!! It's beautiful but you add so much distress ink. But it's really good!!!

    • @PaperPlaywithJulieK
      @PaperPlaywithJulieK  6 лет назад

      I kept on adding ink until I was happy with the color but if you were to make something similar you would have to add the color to your specific taste.
