Beautiful house imo. My only critique is that the builder should have put a ramp or easier access to the in law house. Chance are the in laws are elderly and will not be able to do stairs and it would pose a danger to them.
What I would do is I would take the living room area and make that into the dining room and then I would take one of the bedrooms and make it into the living room the biggest bedroom there is to do that and that little dining room area I would make that into a breakfast nook
This house for two homes o it plus the acres and haspo and stuff and o hmo cactus could piranha g on your property wow what’s deal for some one who has the money because you could add a jacuzzi bathtub I. Main house and you could put a hot tub o. Patio wow having gas would make it perfect and homestead it at time of sale ❤❤❤❤❤

Well, nice yes. "Unique" less so. You do a great job but this is really just a developer's special. My mother lived in Maitland, Fl for several years and she had a home that looked very similar to this and that was in the early '90s. Not saying that someone could not be very happy in this home and be comfortable too but this style of homebuilding in Florida is far from unique.
And I understand too why homes are built to these specs. Because they are very popular. And homes that are more custom by design just have such a higher price tag and it brings the property into another level of pricing that usually doesn't make sense for the developer. We gut renovated two adjacent buildings here in Chicago to be our live/work space. We kinda went all out on things and spent more money that we anticipated. Now we are getting bids on a 10,000 sq ft commercial property and we learned our lesson. Sometimes less is more!
