This is such a bargain in today’s market! I think all those comments saying the prices are crazy are way out of touch. Unfortunately we just purchased in that price range, but we looked all over Florida and these prices are quite reasonable.
This is excellent and quite affordable. Beginning at $680k is reasonable, and with some upgrades, only $900k. It's ideal for the average American. It's a bit too small for my preference, but as a starter home, it would be perfect for a young family just beginning their career.

Septic and well in bella terra and ill confirm Maronda today. Also, the water up in bella terra is pretty good though. I had a 20 min or so from there and the water was the best ever. We had a deep well so the water was so fresh. But as with anything, its always best to check it for yourself.

I actually just called the realtor there and that is not accurate. There were all the rules so maybe you got a hold of the wrong HOA information. But as you can see in the video, there are current neighbors in the community with horses, etc. Also make sure you’re not confusing the two neighborhoods that I showed in the one video.
Understood. To be honest i haven’t seen a tub with a rail to hold on with new build homes. That typically a custom feature with most homes. It is practical, but not part of the design as some want it and some dont

Stop doing bushes right next to house, you keep insects right next to your walls, if it rains your walls are dirty. And just keep spraying poison all over, sooooooo dummm. So easy keep walkways for easy maintenance and access.
