jaggery(gud)-200 gm
Ghee or oil-2 tbsp
Roasted peanuts-50 gm

Til ladoos are a very good alternative to calcium supplements. One til ladoo is equivalent to 1 tab calcium as til has the Highest concentration of calcium. Excellent recipe 👍. I make til ladoos every month. 1 til ladoo a day and no need for added calcium. Best option to avoid taking synthetic for of calcium.

Aj maine ye receipe try ki. Only the change i done was, I made it Till squares ( settled the mixture in greased plate ). It's so yummy & liked by all family. Thanks for sharing kabita ji

No-one in there video mentions that til gud ke laddoos banane ke liye alag gud use hota hai. This is my personal experience why because ek bar maine banaya to bada accha next time phir try kiya dusre gud se to bana hi nahi. So this is my request to every cook to mention every details of the recipe. So that no one gets discouraged while trying something new and for the first time
