7500 kms ആയി. മൂന്ന് പ്രാവശ്യം service center ൽ പോയി. അവസാനം break pads മാറ്റി കിട്ടാൻ ഒരാഴ്ച അവർ services centre ൽ വച്ചു. ഇന്ന് ഓടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിന്നു പോയി. രണ്ട് മണിക്കൂറിൽ അധികമായി റോഡിൽ നിൽക്കുന്നു. 22.04.2024. 02.20 Pm. Very poor Service.😢

But unfortunately this company have world's worst customer service team. I have purchased my ola on November 2022. Till now I can't claim my charger refund. When I try to add my Bank details in app they are showing I'm not eligible for this. To clarify this problem I sent mail , I tried to call them , even I go to the Bangalore showroom. still I don't get any response from this ola
