This is by far the best sonic mania mod ever there sprites stay consistent without them having to look like the original sprites. I mean the creator of this mod thought of everything even robotnik and special stage models hell even the UFO is robotnik
Here's a fun glitch for sonic mania: Go into a new save file to start the opening cutscene, and while in table top mode/handheld mode, remove a joycon to cause it to say: "PLEASE RECONNECT CONTROLLER." Then reconnect the joycon. it is important that you do it as the ruby thing is in affect. If you did it right, it will be black and white. If you do it while the screen is black, flashes of Sonic or Tails. Then it will make everything Black and grey. Even Sonic and/or Tails.
Yeah, they made Tails as a two tailed bear rather than a fox, this isn't the only DiC Sonic cartoon character design problem, the fingers of Sonic and Tails were four fingers, rather than their usual five.
I hope they continue the story, honestly the show was a childhood thing of mine, I would watch it any time I had and I'm upset sonic underground and adventures of sonic the hedgehog was cancelled

In the american cartoons, he's always been brownish orange. Whereas the game versions, he's orange like a common red fox. Either that or the art department forgot to read the description and just ran with it.
I can't get this mod working. I installed it but when I start the game it tries to launch with a black screen but then the game crashes to desktop with no reason. Anyway to fix this?

No offense, this is a pretty bad/lazy mod, the sprites look choppy and non fluid, some of the sprites are too big for the sprite template, some don't make sense, like the spindash rev up, and some are pretty lazy, like the release and jump not fitting in a few places, because it's made leaning and it's too big. Some of the new music doesn't fit certain parts like the mini-boss fight, and the menus look like cut and and pasted jpegs, but i have to say you did a good job changing the models on the 3d special stages, that's my opinion
Tbh there's actually a lot of work this mod needs.

Tails is the wrong color. In Adventures of Sonic, he's still orange, just a faded hue of it. He isn't brown.
