When you take an orchestra arrangement and reduce it down for a pianist, you are basically making the piano part insanely difficult, even more challenging than the solo itself. Kudos to this pianos for playing this accompaniment part.
These kinds of pianists are used and trained to play orchestral reductions, we call them accompanist, this is a profession ! Which is different from a soloist job ! As for the trumpet part of Haydn's concerto, it is always a challenge to play this concerto because it is not enough to have a good technique but rather a sense of interpretation.

What arrangement was used for the piano accompaniment? Most versions I've seen have a different introduction used in your video.
this is a personal version that we modified a little bit to be closer to the traditional orchestral version
