      @@rodneyarnoldi I remember going to Adisham in 1969 or 1970. Loved the place. It was a Benedictine monastery. I was fascinated because my parents told me they grew grape vines. I had a vine in Colombo which produced many pounds of grapes. Secondly I wanted to see whether the silent order could be made to talk.Thank you for the historical perspective. Sri Lanka reminds me of Brexit so much. When I grew up there were as many white people around me as there are brown people in England. How beautiful it was. Wish ceylon never had the Singhala only act and all the British stayed.

      @@vijayafernando1 Thanks for your comments. I was living in Bandarawela for 16 years but now back home in England. Sri Lanka is a wonderful place for a holiday but living there is a bit different! I fully understand your sentiments!
