Got a super-cool tennis serve power drill to share with you called "The Twist Rotation Drill," which lets you generate more power from your back hip.
A lot of players just bend their knees when they serve, but they don't twist back and down, which causes them to leave 5 - 10 mph on the table, easy.

Should the amount of twist and hip rotation depend on whether you’re left or right eye dominant? I’m right handed and right eye dominant and find that I “lose” the ball if I twist too much.

Your content is great, fantastic in fact, but a lot of your videos are too long. I respectfully suggest you do less telling about what you're going to tell and get right into the telling. So hit on the course, like "the lesson you're about to see is in the course," then get right into the lesson. Don't spend even more time discussing what's going to be taught with whoever is helping with the lesson. Just get to the teaching of the lesson. When the lesson is over, go back to the course sales like you did at the end of this video.
