Whole disc will not be removed... Only the part of the disc came out of vertebrae pressing nerves

Assalam Walekum Doctor Sir, I have a question for you, As you stated in this video If you have the problum i.e slip dick first time, So you don't need surgery right now, You are my question, How does the slip disc that is fixed back Does slip disk cure through medicine? Do i need help with medicine right now for 4 to 5 weeks, I would like to hear from you.
When disc slips first time it causes inflammation (swelling) in spine. By taking anti inflammatory medicine swelling is relieved. But if there are repeated episodes then medicine doesn't work.
