When you said if patient has to go for 3rd and 4th surgery there will be chances that he could not walk again because of bone loss and some other complications, those words gave me shock.
But when the video ends that really gives hope yeah there are some chances to go back on normal life. Great job sir.

Thank very much doctor, It seems I learned all the technical aspects. I had core-decompression surgery, what I understood from other video. It is not gonna be successful getting mild sensation or say pain after a good walk, even-though I am strictly following a diet and advice.

Sir my father has arthritis and both the hip joints are damaged from last 8 years, doctors from narayana hospital katra suggested hip replacement surgery but the problem is my father is physically weak, body structure is week(weight around 55, age 58)and he also has Diabetes and BP problem, neck cervical. He is on bed and me and my family always scared to get him operationalize. Can we go for surgery or not!
With MIS Technique all difficult patients can be safely operated as it doesn't cause tissue damage
please dont do that this hip joint replacement operation, because your dad has diabetes it totally risky for bone infection , when cut this hip bone area it can be spread infection in whole bone . to result to occurred death.

सर जी नमस्कार !
में राजस्थान ,अजमेर से हु ,सर मेरा एक पैर दूसरे पैर से 5-6 इंच छोटा है
छोटा होने की प्रोब्लम ऐसी हुई - में जब 3 साल का था तो पैर के घुटने में साइड की ओर फुंसी टाइप जैसा हुआ ,घरवाले ने सोचा कुछ काट लिया होगा ,फिर सर आपको भी पता है ,पहले अंधविश्वास ज्यादा था ,तो घरवाले ने 2 महीने तक बाबा के पास लेकर गए ठीक नहीं हुआ फिर डॉक्टर को दिखाया बाद में 2 ऑपरेशन हुए तब जाकर जो रस्सी भर गई वो ठीक हुई पैर सही हुआ
बाद में उस समय तो पैर छोटा नही था , बाद में धीरे धीरे जैसे जैसे मेरी लम्बाई बढ़ती गई ,प्रोब्लम वाली पैर की लंबाई बढ़ी नही , आज सर मेरी Age 24 साल की प्रोब्लम 5,6 इंच छोटा पैर है
सर दोनो पैर की लंबाई घुटने से नीचे तो दोनो की बराबर है
लेकिन घुटने से उपर left पैर की जांघ छोटी गई , Right पैर से 😭😭
सर में सही हो सकता हु क्या ,आपके यूट्यूब पर बांग्लादेश से आए जो वीडियो थी ,देखकर आया
बताना जरूर सर , दुखी हु प्रोब्लम से हर एक जगह दिखत आ रही शादी ,काम , रोजमरा जिंदगी से
