Im curious to know if i can use my current call center headset which uses a usb a connector with my Smart phone, so that i can use the mute feature when calling patients on my work. I would like to know if i can use a 3.5mm male to usb female extention and use that with my smartphone, will it work? will i be able to talk and mute phone calls? the phone i have is a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus
I wonder if any used Plantronics CS55H are available? And maybe where? I checked VXI, no such product. Thanks for your help and knowledge. JJP
Hi Jason, the CS55H has been discontinued for quite some time, but there is a comparable solution. You'd get the headset at the first link and adapter at the second link.

Our food pantry is using a Panasonic TG7622 cordless phone system hooked to an Ooma service and our volunteers are asking if we can get some type of wireless headset so they can talk to clients while filling orders or just answering the phone when they are out in the parking lot directing traffic. Can you give me some guidance on that please? There are buttons on the base that designate Cell 1, Cell 2, and Headset and the system is bluetooth compatible.
W'ere not sure of any headsets compatilb with this phone. You'd probably be better of getting a cordless phone with a headset built in like here amzn.to/41GDeRC

So far it looks like the Panasonic KX-TGD664M does NOT work with full-on headsets. Aggravating.
Hi Rosalie, does your Panasonic phone have a 2.5mm port? If so there is an option that will fully enclose your ears. Check out the links below. If your phone does have a 2.5mm headset port, you'd need the headset + the adapter at the second link.

That's lame. Didn't even mention HSP, the protocol needed for a headset to control the cordless phone via BT. Anyway, I have Panasonic phones that according to the manual should work with HSP BT headset, and I have HSP earbuds that pair with my cell phone and can accept or reject calls there. So far have been unable to pair with the cordless phone. Calling Panasonic tomorrow.
