Unless you already have disability insurance, depression and anxiety is seen as a lifelong disability even if you don't really have it or it was situational, and it's impossible to get affordable and useful disability insurance. You may only be getting insurance coverage for your counseling, but God forbid you get injured or get disabled for any period of time, which happens to 1 out of 5 people in their lifetimes.
