I'm really looking forward to seeing Brady's Jeep finished. I love the super low look. I saw a couple pictures of a similar build someone up here in MT did with the rear fenders sitting a few inches above the top of the tub and it's been my inspiration for my CJ crawler.

For the mini truck, you could put a Ford grill and light on the front, which could be the new full size or the 2000s Ranger. Then add the mini truck logo over the ford one
No mustache, use the teeth, but make it removable and make a mustache as well

I would have done more like a truck bed box in the back behind the bed... like a diamond plate box with 2 lids that open to the sides. That way when towing something the boxes are easy to access still. If you are going the dirty bubble route you need some backlight on it.

I have a Kubota L6060 that I love. It's the 'Grand' something-or-other. I forget. It's an L6060, however. I've even got heating and AC - and a cup holder. I've had it since 2014 and it has caused me zero problems. I have all the implements I need, including the backhoe implement. Yes, 'implement' and not 'attachment'. It just sounds cooler!

I run the old school yellow smiley KC covers on my old school rig. But I have to say that I like the black ones better in the Chinese truck!
Yellow Peckman covers because it looks like Peckman with that aggresive look. So Peckman meets Peck Brothers. And now it is the Peckmobile.

I think you need a set of the smiley face with sunglasses. Not sure if they still make them or not but I still have some from back in the 80’s when I was rocking KC’s. For what you have now though go with the smiley face!

I’ve got the KC Slimlites and KC covers are my choice. I also have the rock guards which look sweet.
As for roof lights: 2x KC covers, 1x smile, 2x KC covers. This will be the best setup ;)
