It's kinda cool and rare to see a SNES shmup with a two player mode. Doesn't look too bad too. And, interestingly, just like it seems is the case with the majority of SNES shmups, it's also stuck running in SlowROM at only 70% of the SNES' full CPU speed, so it could actually run without any slowdown if patched to use FastROM.
Darius Twin was one of the first games I played on ZNES emulator in my deceased PC. The game is another great console exclusive game made by Taito, capting the fun of his Arcades.

Darius Twin story takes place after the two ace pilots Proco Jr. and Tiat Young saved the Solar System from the Belsar Empire in Darius II. The two pilots must put an end to the Belsar Forces who attempted to invade the Planet Darius.
