Where is the brassplate he pulled out at 3:10 ? Havent seen that he mounts a new one..

hi, thank you for ur sharing, it is really useful. wanna ask do u hv any clues that what coz overheat while there no leakage? I am using sherwood G1505 water pump. Is it impossible to replace the sherwood pump with Jasbco water pump? Thank you so much
