Oh thank you!
I swear after watching this video I could smell gingerbread cookies. Talk about the power of suggestion! Thanks for the recipie and video! Happy Holidays!
These look great, and so easyl! I'll have to make them asap! Glad the Yacon is optional. Never heard of it, and I already have everything else, yay! I'm missed gingersnap cookies sooo much, can't wait! Thank you. 💖
*Perfect for satisfying that gingerbread craving without breaking the keto bank.*
Any idea if there is a substitute for Yacon syrup? I am diabetic and it highly spikes my blood sugar. Thank you for any insight you may have.
Happy Holidays Carolyn !! Can you please recommend a Keto Substitute for corn syrup ?
Do you have a recipe for chewy softer gingerbread cookies? Merry Christmas 😊
Awww, cute video. This looks like a pretty easy recipe although I have never heard of Yacon before. Merry Christmas to you and your family Carolyn.🌲🎅
Sorry! I will amend the video description... if you use a brown sweetener, you don't need Yacon or molasses, and I've found xanthan to be unnecessary too. Happy holidays!
I choose ginger anything to heavy sugared alternatives. Thank you so much for this recipe. The best ginger cookie in my opinion is in Dr. Weil's cookbook, fast food, good food. I will enjoy yours.🌷

Yummy. But you recipe on the blog is different than this video. There is no xantham gum or yacon in that recipe.
Please read the video description...
The recipe on the website doesn't match up to the ingredients in the video. Amt. of yacon syrup and xanthan gum isn't written down.

Thank you for the recipe. I have only a question: what can I use to replace xanthan gum? I absolutely hate it. I am new to keto, I try to learn 😊
I just looked at her website and the recipe, she doesn't have xanthan gum written there, so I have no idea of the amt. But I do know that you can sometimes sub with gelatin but at a different ratio.
Thank you so much. This is a very good news for me
@@CRIS-ib9ze In her reply to me, she indicates that xanthan isn't even needed at all.
Thank you. But for future recipes... What can I use to avoid xanthan gum?
Will have to look up "yacon". Thanks!

@@AllDayIDreamAboutFood I went over to the website recipe and read the description/tip about the molasses. I've never heard of Yacon, so I learned something new. Thank you for that!
