    Hehehe, never thought I would admit it but that is literally my drawing for the character 才 I made when I was learning new characters at the time! :DDD I'm so happy to see one of my more older drawings here so props to you guys for adding it in👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 (P.S, btw, I think the interpretation I drew here is suppose to be a dancer since dancers have skill and talent to dance :P)

    Am I mistaken in assuming that this character is related to the katakana character for "o"? If it is related why?

      I am mistaken apparently, but they are just so very similar. Fun set of false cognates!

      Katakana is derived from Chinese components so it’s not that surprising the characters will resemble certain Chinese characters
