Possible nehi h. She can manipulate only the interview even if i assume what u say to be true (close to impossible), even then she needs to clear prelims and moreover score above 750 in mains. The stages and paper designed in UPSC makes it very hard for any kind of outside interferences.
UPSC and DoPT should rejected her candidature. She seems fraud in producing valid certificate of PH, wrong Non Creamy Layer certificate. The behaviour she shown with her fellow officers,it's not tolerable at all. It's a serious concern and the reputation of UPSC is involved in this.
I don't understand how she can even give interview without medical because i know someone who was rejected because of medical and wasn't even allowed to sit for interview. Fishy.
