- Puja Khedkar, a Maharashtra IAS officer on probation, is under criticism for allegedly abusing her position of authority. She was moved from Pune to Washim after it was discovered that she was driving a private automobile with a VIP license plate and a siren, which are only available to high-ranking government officials. A probe has been initiated by the central government against her.

This is a mockery of civil services. Not only action should be taken against her but her father, the members of UPSC as well as other IAS officers who did the same. There should be complete clean sweep of Civil service structure as this is a serious question on the credibility of UPSC examination.
There's no fault at the end of UPSC.
UPSC even challenged her selection at Central administrative Tribunal but her connections were so strong thanks to her father that even UPSC lost the case and Tribunal allowed her to continue without UPSC's consent

Shocking fact here is that DoPT gave her the posting despite that Lady not proving her medical disability at AIIMS Delhi. She got OBC Non-Creamy Layer inspite of being a daughter of former civil servant and having crores of money. Unfortunately UPSC Can't do anything after publishing the Final result. But honestly this is very sad for UPSC aspirants including myself. No level of influence should be useful in Civil Service appointments. But guess what..

A government officer told me that many people use reservation by asking their parents to take divorce legally that way their father income gets Zero and they are eligible for non Creamy layer. It is obvious that she used that tactic. Also Central Administration tribunal had tried to remove her but she somehow managed to convince court. A one eyed person doesn't get pwd reservation because it's 30% disability, upsc requires 40% disability, her disability is obviously not 40% also she ignored medical tests ! It's crime what she did. She shouldn't Just be removed from service but also jailed. If you look at the case of Divya Tanwar a girl whose father died long back whose mother was like maid, she cleared upsc twice got around 100 rank but couldn't use ews certificate because she submitted certificate with previous year date, just one mistake ruined her attempt, and she is ips, and this girl here used fske certificates and commited so many wrong things is just transferred!! She says she isn't in contact with her former ias father, it's impossible to drive Audi without father's Money at this age! It's a absolute crime. In future she might commit bigger frauds and loot people.

Despite knowing that they will get 70 to 80 k per month for this service they still join it because they know they can get away with their want of ultra luxurious lifestyle which is not concievable in a govt job. Govt servants are meant to serve people for whom they are annoited not to brandishise the cars which they can't even afford with their monthly salary worth 80 to 90 thousand.
