I’m not sure what an anti-EV agenda is, but it seems like this is important information for EV owners to better understand the risks of their specific type of vehicle, how to mitigate them, and what not to do. This car’s owner knew a hurricane was coming, probably flooding was possible, but may not have understood the risks. I don’t think the answer here is to jack up your air suspension, I suppose that’s a last resort. How about not leaving a $60,000 car in your garage that could risk destroying a multi-hundred thousand dollar+ home not to mention all of one’s belongings?
Youee wrong, water puts out fire unless its a lithium battery they can burn evem under water and takes hours to put out Wites and appliances in your house have breakers so if an electrical prpblem happems the power is shut off read a book learns something
Just an idea, if you had a tough tarpaulin/ heavy duty plastic sheet large enough to drive a car on to, & could wrap it up so to speak, perhaps this would keep it dry preventing water penetration!
