Thank you for this video. The HOA for my condos says I can only use 3M Prestige 50. I have a ground floor unit and wanted the privacy to open my blinds without having peeping eyes looking into my living room or bedroom because I'm on the street side that has heavy foot traffic walking by. Right now I keep my blinds closed all the time and I'm considering this an option during the daytime to allow me to look out and enjoy the view without the worry of strangers looking in and seeing.
