  • A few tips on how to check whether your L10s is dispensing water while mopping. If you’ve got no water in the base to start with, use the dock self clean (I had to do this about 10 times before water appeared). You can also try the dock self fix option too.
    Hopefully Dreame will allow the robot to dispense more water while mopping in the future.

    Thank you so much for your video. I just purchased this robot and the mopping function didn’t work. I thought my robot had a default ! I followed your instructions and everything is working wonderfully well. You are a life saver!

    My manual on page 9 talks about Base Station Buttons. It really tells you to use it to clean the base bottom. You get the base wet and then use brush or washcloth to clean it. Then it will suck out the dirty water. The grate over it comes out to clean.

    Thanks for the great video really helped. For me however, base station is filling with water and the injection whole at the back of the robot has water on it, like in your video. It was as you video with the drops two days ago but since, when I take the pads off the plates have no water on them and there are no drops so I’m not sure what’s going on. From what you say it seems the robot is being filled with water but just not releasing it. Everything else though is great about it from my experience

      Thanks, glad it helped! If you read the other comments I think Maxairgo had the same issue after a few days too. You may need to use a syringe to pull water from the robot fill nozzle to fully remove any air 🤔

    Thanks for this video. I'm about to buy it. One question though: Is the detergent refillable or you need to replace the whole piece everytime is finished?

    • @TomPattison
      @TomPattison  Год назад +1

      No problem! You can either buy a new detergent cartridge or fill the old one with another cleaning product. Have a look on Aliexpress and you will see they sell a ‘non official’ refill syringe 👍🏻

    For me, Auto-add detergent is disabled in the app, and I just replace the detergent bottle. Even if I put the old one back is the same.
    Any idea how to fix this? And check if the detergent is added.

    I have the settings for wetness also on maximum. There is water coming out but not as much as i saw in you video. Could there be anywhere a little chocking and is it possible to clean it ?

      Try filling the clean water tank right to the brim first. If that doesn't help, you could also try removing the clean water tank and tipping water down the intake hole while holding the home button down. It should work eventually 🤞🏻

    i notice after each mop time, the robot disperse dirty water into the dirty water tank but the amount of water is very very little? is it normal? cleaning around is around 70m2

    However, one quick question:
    When doing the deep clean of the base, also the middle dispenser (for the robot) releases some water. First the two bottom left and right dispensers start, but in the last second the middle one as well dispenes some. In your video it does not do this. Is this a defect of my base?

    • @TomPattison
      @TomPattison  4 месяца назад

      No mine doesn’t do that. However I’m sure a little bit of water from that nozzle isn’t too bad. Thanks for watching 👌🏻

    • @MaxAirGo
      @MaxAirGo Год назад +1

      I don't think so. It's controlled electronically. It has to be done by firmware update. But then you will simply run out of water to soon with the small 80ml tank. I don't know what max area it runs out of water on max setting. Anyone know?

    • @TomPattison
      @TomPattison  Год назад +2

      I’ve done at least 18m2 with full water and it didn’t stop flowing. Also, apparently the water tank is 180ml not 80ml as it says everywhere 🤷🏼‍♂️

    • @MaxAirGo
      @MaxAirGo Год назад +1

      @@TomPattison That is interesting. If you have a bathroom scale that can measure grams, you can see how much lighter it really gets. Looking at inside pics of L10s onboard tank and comparing it to S7 maxV 200ml tank, doubtful L10s is 180ml.

  • @m.kaschi2741

    I have the L10S pro (no station) and there aren't any water droplets coming out even though i hear the pump. The water tank (has to be filled manually on this model) is full and I also assured that there is not blockade within the pipe of the tank.
    So the problem seems to be the internal pipes from the tank output to the bottom holes. Anyone had a similar issue and was able to fix? I will try to suck / blow from the bottom holes using a syringe. But first i need to get a syringe.
    Any tips / help welcome :)

    But does it continue dispensing water every time? I just returned a unit because water stopped dispensing after 3-4 minutes every time it ran. I am waiting for the replacement unit to show up. I hope this isn’t a design flaw in all units, but I am becoming less optimistic. Will see what the new one does. Sigh.

    • @TomPattison
      @TomPattison  Год назад +3

      Hmm interesting, I’ve got no reason to think it doesn’t continue to dispense water. Perhaps I’ll check later! I think the main problem is that the amount of water dispensed, can’t keep the mops wet enough. Although going back to the base would solve that.

    • @MaxAirGo

      Well same here, it starts with much water and after a few minutes it’s just wet, not slobbery. It refills after every room but not when it’s empty… Chinese logic things I guess
