Say hello to the most extreme Alfa Romeo ever released - the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio GTAm! It’s the most expensive Alfa you can buy, and Mat’s getting ready to put it through its paces to see whether it’s just style over substance!

The other reason to have a massive diffuser is to look cool, e.g. Lambo Centenario.

4.6s to 60 is laughable when an RWD M3 can do it in 3.6 all day and not on a track.

@@VanguardX the stock quadrifoglio goes from 0-100 in 3.9 seconds.. go and try to launch a racing car and then start talking.. That alfa goes AT LEAST 3.6 seconds if launched by a professional driver
Look at that gt3, Mat launched it 0-100 with 4.6 seconds or something, but the best launch 0-100 it had was 3.4 seconds

What a beauty! Among the performance sedans out there. This is the most beautiful followed by the M5 CS. But no one comes close to how nice the exhaust sounds on the Alfa😍
I think the m5 sounds better, it’s got a v8 compared to this v6.
@@overspecced for a v8, its honestly not my cup of tea. It's not as angry as the Alfa even if the Alfa has a v6. And for a V6, it is pretty good. An E39 M5 even sounds better than the current M5 cuz of its turbos.

When Alfa initially revealed this car, they mentioned a few times that this “will be a future collectible” which I think they use as reasoning to sell it at that price, plus by saying that it’s going to be a collectible, I think the target audience is different and therefore won’t have as much competition than a comparable car, as in their eyes this car is a “collectible”, but since an M4 isnt, it won’t interest them

Haha I knew as soon as you said it was "expensive" that it was gonna be a little over 100,000. Man in Australia the minimum price for a standard Giulia Quadrifoglio is $156,000.

Most GTAm models will be parked in a collection as an appreciating asset.
I don't think they are worth the asking price, but they are a smart move as a long-term investment.

This car is bang on, the cherry on the top of the Quadrifoglio lineup, also looks like a great investment, as lightly used may easily ask for double its current price after twenty years or so.
This is good for people named Harry, with Harrys Garage type buildings and car insurance policies.

Beautiful looking car like most alfa's but I wish they would put Q4 in their high performance models, with all that power it's a struggle to put it down with a rear wheel drive car...Q4 is definitely one of the best all wheel drive systems out there now rear wheel bias so you get punch in the back 😍

ahhh remembering the good old days. my very firs cool car was alfa romeo 156. later i switched to an audi a4 and i never felt the aliveness in the same way.. the alfa felt like it was alive with a soul and the audi was more like an office :).. but i lost so much money on the alfa compared to the audi and now i feel like im too old for the alfa... my next car will be mercedes or nio :)

This car really isn't made for drag races...
M3 would beat this in a drag race all day. Alfa Romeo's are very poor with launch control. This car's forte is sharp steering through the corners with its light weight. There will be an M3/34 CSL in the next year or two which would be a direct competitor.
