The glory of collage! It always amazes me how you can gather small and seemingly unimpressive items together, in varying shades, textures and materials, to make them pack a wallop. My favorite project might be the simplest one: "Cheese box top with cow and stars."

Wow. Love these. I do have a newer cheese box that I can fix "down". Lol thinking vintage aluminum measuring spoons, small flour sifter and old small rolling pin, cookie cutters etc. I'm liking it!!! Thanks for inspiration.

I love primitives, but don't decorate my home with them. Except as fall decor, it seems to work for that season. Anyway, I love your projects and seeing what your creative mind comes up with in each video! These ALL turned out so adorable!! ❤

I’m not sure.. but I see a lot of them. I really like them when they are aged like this. These all seemed to make their way to barns. That where I got them from at auction.

Yvonne, I love all these, the 3 of them look so AWESOME together. My grandsons partner works for a cheese factory and after watching your video I ran down to their bedroom and asked her if they had any cheese boxes where she worked, she said yes, there are heaps of them, I got so excited till I realised she was talking about cardboard boxes, ha ha ha. When I thought about it they wouldn’t have them cos they are antique and if they did they wouldn’t part with them anyway. I got real excited for a couple of minutes lol. Question? Do you always use hot glue, thinking wouldn’t other glues hold up longer? Just curious. I never think of hot glue as permanent.
Yvonne, I need your help. My mother-in-law gave me an old round box like these but on a much bigger scale. It's about a foot and a half wide and tall. Did they make cheese boxes that big? Or is it something else? I don't know if I should repurpose it, or leave as is and sell as an antique. I don't have room for it in my home, so I would like to sell it. What should I do?
