VERY COOL. I like how they incorporated the Pretender aspect.
yeah having your childhood from the 1980’s come into 2017 is awesome.
It's quite cool to know that these Prime Masters can be used in all the recent lines, like Combiner Wars and Titans Return, you can use Micronus in weapon mode and plug him into Defensor's hand for example, or perhaps one of the Deluxe Titans Masters like Chromedome can use him as a weapon. The Prime Wars Trilogy offers a lot of possibilities for various figures, so kids (or adults!) won't get bored with older lines, they can still play with them using the new waves, they all work together, even the Legend class figures, how amazing is that?!
Pretenders hit my nostalgia so hard, glad to see Hasbro did them right. I'm buying all of them, along with the Terrorcons. Can't wait!
Hmm, wasn't there a continuity where Maximo essentially tricked Megatronus into killing Solus Prime? (Note, in that same continuity, Megatronus and Solus were practically a couple)

The armor can also substitute the hands for the combiners in this line and probably Combiner Wars.

I just wish that Hasbro called them The Pretender names instead of the Prime names since they are physically The Pretender robot inside of the shell the only thing that has to do with the prime is the symbol on their back, that they would just call them their proper names for each character just saying metalhawk with the power of Vector Prime, skullgrin with the power of liege Maximo, and cloudburst with the power of micronus,
They're also called Pretenders in Super God Masterforce.

When hasbro said that they were going to make the primes, I thought that they where going to make voyagers, leaders and deluxes or even legends, but anyways this are good
I really hope we actually get these, in my country, they skipped the individual Titan Masters entirely :(
Also, Paul, did you upgrade your equipment? The quality seems even better than usual!
I prefer skullgrin as a claw weapon for potp Grimlock than the combiner feet that are supposed to be battle claws that come with Grimlock
Skullgrin seems like an arm mounted weapon more than a hand held one
You can fit him into the same port as a combiner fist goes to give a combiner a claw hand. You can do the same with the other two to make gun hands.

Not only are they a homage to the pretenders but they kinda look like homages to Brain Masters from the Japanese Transformers Victory line.

This line was such a disappointment for me. We finally are going to get figures for the original primes. And they are these tiny worn out gimicks, and we are short one of the original 13
