I downgraded my OnePlus 8 pro to Android 12.1 because battery life was not good on Android 13 and i Liked old notification panel. But i thought i made a backup but did not. I lost som contacts and all my messages but that is not that bad. and i also liked the wifi and battery icon more on oxygen os 12.1 and i also feel that oxygen os 12.1 is alot cleaner than oxygen os 13. I dont now if i will install oxygen os 13 in the future.
