Hey Lee, like a lot of people on here, wishing you all the best & defo keep that chin up mate. Thanks as ever for your honesty too & the vlog..You will get there with the leg & really hope you get to ride at the TT. Gutted that things haven't worked out for NW200 this year. The Triumph looks mint in the new colours & as ever love the bants with you & Neil. Sadly i can't make the NW200 myself but will look forward to your input on the BBC commentary team & hope that we get to see ya out on a bike in the near future. As much as I love the BSS races, it's not the same without you being there in the mix 👍🏻👊🏻
Best wishes mate. Keep strong, health is the most important thing - the rest is just fun!! Looking forward to your BBC commentary for the NW you're natural for broadcasting (tough probably better for radio!!).
Lee, we all want to see you healthy and back on the bike and if it takes a little longer than so be it rather than rush it and make more complications down the road. The races aren’t going away so they will be there when you’re healthy enough to race them. Hope all is well with the family to include Mr Happiness himself NEAL! lol Cheers from sunny California.
Keep you chin up fella It's easy to see how it's affecting you but when you are ready then you are ready. We all know you want to get back to racing but being properly ready is the most important thing. Please don't push it and think of that lovely family you have around you. From another Grumpy Neil
Had heard your news and that you are going to be working for the Beeb. But to hear it in your own words helps understand how hard this is for you. I know you are now pushing for the TT. Just don't push too hard. Not worth the risk of coming back too soon.
The Triumph looks ace Lee. Gutted for you not being able to race the NW200 mate. Hope you're healed enough to ride in the TT. Keeping ya chin up mate. 👍
Poplar trees good for acting as a wind break. That part of the world is so flat, the wind whistles over from Russia!! Used to work outside near there and it used to be the coldest place on earth! Well, it felt like it.
Neil is just like my old mate Steve with his straight talking , no nonsense, bullish way. Great stuff. Hilarious to be around and as subtle as a brick with a heart of gold.
Lee, If your body can heal and be as strong as your mental attitude you WILL make the TT. We are all rooting for you fellah. Hope to see you at the NW and watch you win again at the TT, God willing. Keep strong, it will happen
Hope it all goes well Lee ❤ The tall trees are Poplar trees. The Match companies used to plant them on people's drives then harvest them from the middle and replant them so there was always an avenue Poplar trees are perfect for matches as the grain is perfectly straight so can be cut thin.
Sorry to hear the news for the nw200 but got to make sure your 100% fit and ready dude. Fingers crossed to see you at the TT at the end of the month 😄🤘🏻
Chin up and fingers crossed...you are doing great ...might not feel like it but you really are ...just work away, think positive and fortunes will change

Love the Triumph, it’s stunning 🤩 Neil is a legend, great to hear he is LR fan too! Gutted for you, but the BBC will gain many more viewers with you on board🙌🏼 wishing you all the best , back stronger 💪🏼👍🏼
Hey boy don’t beat yourself up to much,go to nw200 have a good time commentating and keep yourself in the spotlight, then head to the TT which you won’t be fit to do(which you will have to come to terms with)but just keep in mind we all want you on the 🇮🇲you will contribute just by being hear and please vlog it all and work with all the guys you have already collaborated with and your profile will be massive for when your fit and ready next year. What a top bloke and family man. If you or your group need room just reply. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲
I am watching this after the NW. I have just been too busy to catch up with your great videos. For what it's worth, I thought your comments on the coverage was very good. Chin up, you will be back better than before your accident. All the best.
Triumph looks the absolute business, looking forward to seeing you race it, whenever that happens. That must be absolutely gutting, to have to relay that message. Hang in there, and thanks for your transparency through all this. Absolutely inspiring!
Tough to miss the NW200, fingers crossed for Thursday. doing these vlogs cannot be easy at times like these but believe you me they really help me coping with life and others i'm sure as well, thank you
Everyone would prefer you were riding at NW, but we’ll be happy that you’re there and enjoy your input on the commentary side. Fingers crossed for the TT. Best of luck Lee.
Looks like Forest Pines golf course…near Scunthorpe 👍. Shame about the NW 200. On my tomorrow for the week…racing to watch and touring about NI and Co Donegal for rest of week👍
Those trees are definitely poplar trees. They are planted to be used as wind breaks across farmland to help stop soil erosion. Used alot around the flat lands of East anglia. Not used as much up north as you have hills.
Gutted for you Lee after all the hard work, but hope you can heal quickly. You have been a great inspiration to me after I had a hip replacement at the beginning of the year, my pain discomfort has been nothing compared to you - keep going and don’t rush the healing although it must be frustrating for you. During my rehab I looked forward to your videos. Best racer blog on RUclips 👍, hope to see you on the island.
I’ve just ordered the food drinks & used your discount code thanks. PS: I want to end up looking fit like Christie but if I end up looking Neal then I’ll be making a special visit to your tent at the TT 🥴😡😂
Chin up Lee, take your time, If you have to sit out the TT as hard as it will be to do, You know yourself how tough that place can be when you are fit, Let alone not 100%, Nobody will think any the worse for you giving it a miss, Your health comes before playing with bikes, Theres Scarborough/ S 100 in July, & the Manx after that, great ways to get back to being race fit again, Plus i want to hear the RC45 howling its head off !! Take care,
Neil is a natural influencer, excellent product placement! P.s please dont come back too early, you might be racing until your 50s! 🤞🏻 but loving your determination and attitude to getting the cage off :)

Just ordered the trial pack of yfood on yours and neils raving reviews and recomendations,. As for the leg, you managed to get home on it, maybe not the wisest decision, but with all the treatment and quick fixes it doesn't seem to be going your way, TT comeback is a borderline big ask, if its not to be its not to be, british championships a non starter to get anywhere decent in the points to, maybe get back into bsb mid year, and manx gp later on, as for tank paint, General lee flag, stay positive and stay safe,..cheers,...
Lee your commentary on the North west is awesome. Obviously would rather see you riding but appreciate the coverage with you added! All the best for quick recovery
I always look forward to your videos, life can be difficult at times for a lot of us but you always bring a smile to my face. Can't wait to see you back on track, it feels like something is missing when you're not there
The trees are probably poplar trees, toffs used to line driveways to the big hoose with them. Look forward to your craic with the telly boys. Stay strong and positive bud.
Really sorry you won't make NW, it's obvious how much it means. Fingers crossed for TT, been there myself with race injuries and unfortunately there's some stuff you just can't control. Everyone is rooting for you.

One thing in the body’s healing process is that it won’t be pushed. Take your time, come back strong.
