Thanks, Rachel. Qigong has been a structured way to replace OCD with something healthy for me. I enjoyed your bouncing video - Judi shared some links with me.
Thank you Sir for sharing this wonderful information 🙏. OCD is rooted in fear and working on Root chakra definitely helps. However, I have realized that the healing is not permanent. It is mostly for the time being and OCD hits back like it was before. Can it actually be healed permanently with root chakra? Does a malfunctioning Crown Charka also come into play here?
Thank you for your comment. I find that grounding the root chakra can calm anxiety and fear, like you say, but I agree that at least for me, it is not by itself enough to completely free oneself from OCD. Taking a chakra approach should involve balancing all the chakras. That's good insight that the crown chakra can play a role: Becoming more aware of your true self, your observer self, can help to distance you from your OCD. Along those lines, I wrote this post: ocd-free.medium.com/on-ocd-the-ego-mind-and-the-true-self-4b5d6ef84e18
Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Eric, you're a great teacher. I live sharing qigong with my community and linking it with OCD is new for me. Thanks and I will check out your blog.
